This page explains what happens to information you send us through this website. It is written to describe what the site actually does, rather than to cover every hypothetical.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form:
- Your name — so we know who we are replying to
- Your email address — so we can reply
- Your organization — optional, and only if you enter it
- Your message
Our web server also records the IP address the message was sent from, which is included in the email we receive. This is standard practice and helps identify automated abuse.
What we do with it
Your message is emailed directly to us so a person can read and reply to it. That is the only purpose. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or add you to a mailing list. You will not receive marketing from us because you used the contact form.
If our mail system is temporarily unavailable, your message may be written to a private log file on the server so the enquiry is not lost. That file is not publicly accessible.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracking script. Nothing you do here is recorded for profiling.
Fonts and external services
All fonts and assets are served from this domain. The page makes no requests to any third-party service, so no outside company receives your IP address by virtue of you visiting.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept in our inbox for as long as the conversation is useful, in the same way as any other business correspondence.
Asking us to delete your information
Use the contact form and ask us to delete your enquiry. We will reply to confirm. You do not need to give a reason.
