Terms
Last updated 7 August 2026
These terms cover use of this website. They do not cover paid engagements, which are governed by whatever contract we sign with you.
What this site is
An overview of the services TechLiberty offers, and a way to get in touch. Descriptions of our capabilities are general. They are not an offer, a quote, or a commitment to deliver any particular outcome. Nothing here forms a contract.
Case studies and figures
Any project examples shown are illustrative summaries. Specific numbers, timelines and outcomes depend entirely on the engagement, and past results do not guarantee future ones.
Using the contact form
Send us real information, and only about matters you actually want to discuss. Do not use the form to send unlawful, abusive or automated content, and do not send confidential or sensitive material through it. It is ordinary email, not a secure channel. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will arrange a proper method.
We aim to reply to genuine enquiries within a working day, but we do not guarantee a response time and we may decline to respond.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors. Content may change without notice.
Our content
The text, design and code of this site belong to TechLiberty. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and share links to it. Do not republish it wholesale as your own.
Links elsewhere
Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.
Liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, TechLiberty is not liable for losses arising from your use of it or from reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited.
